Return Policy


If for any reason you are not happy with your choice, you may easily return the purchased items, exchange them or ask for a refund. All products purchased online from Fantasy Sandals may be returned/replaced with products of a larger or smaller size or exchanged for another product entirely, upon stock availability. The store also observes the right to a refund.

In this case, the Customer may email , requesting the change of the item with another of his/her choice.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she is entitled to return the purchased product and request a refund, as provided by Greek legislation for consumer protection (right of withdrawal from a sale). In this case, the Customer may email  requesting the refund. The return of the product or the order needs to be done within 15 days from the receiving it.

Your first exchange is free of charge (Greece only).  You will not need to cover the return cost for your First exchange.  In any other case, the client needs to cover return costs (... Euros). The free of charge retund is exclusively performed by the same courier that delivered your order. In case you choose a different courier, you will need to cover the postage costs and be held liable for it. Please send your items to the following address:


Once we receive and verify your return, the corresponding product(s) you selected for your exchange will be sent immediately.

The shipping costs of the returned items from abroad are covered by the client.

The returned items need to be inside the original packaging and include the sales receipt. In case the external packaging bag is lost for any reason, you will need to use another bag of your choice, so that the internal packaging is protected at all times.

All footwear should be tried on carpeted floors to protect the soles. In addition, the return item needs to be accompanied by all the relevant documents that the client received with it. 
The exchange item will be sent after the first purchased item is received as long as the store verified that the above conditions have been met. Please note that the product needs to be in its original condition (it is not worn or damaged). If an item is returned to us worn, used, damaged or in an unsaleable condition, or where the above instructions have not been followed, it will be sent back to the client and the client will have to cover the delivery costs.

All returns are accepted as long as the customer informs the store within 14 days of the items being delivered.

All products need to be in their original condition and packaging. The sales receipt also needs to be included.

IF your payment was made by cash-upon-delivery, you must give us your IBAN bank account number, the beneficiary’s name and the name of your bank in order for us to deposit your refund. In case your payment was made by credit-debit card, bank deposit or Paypal, then the refund will be made using the same method. The refund will be made within 10 working days by depositing it in the bank account provided by the customer.
